Little cabin in the big woods

Wow it's been a while since out last update! You'll have to forgive me with baskeball season officially in full swing, if you don't find us at the church, you'll find us at a basketball stadium somwhere. This past weekend we could have been found at Broken Bow. It was fun, our team lost, but not everything is about winning, right? So since we were so close to Beavers Bend State Park, we decided to rent a cabin and spend the whole weekend. We'd 'rough it.' So we did. And it was so wonderful! The cabin we stayed in was beautiful - pine wood flooring and walls and ceilings. (And if you get a good running start at it, you can just tumble all the way down the stairs! Just ask Karis!) But this truely was a relaxing weekend! This place was a true definition of 'roughing it.' For instance, it only had one hot tub! One! No, really, it was so nice to get away for a day or two, and now nice to be home!
