How we spent the end of the year

Well we certainly have been busy this Christmas season! For Christmas my sister and her family came up to my parents house and we spent most of the week with them which is very nice as we don't see them as much as we used to. We left and drove through some nasty thunderstorms to spend some time in Ft. Worth to spend some much needed time with Grandma June. This was my first visit to her house in Ft. Worth and it was such an experience just trying to find it! Every wrong turn we could have taken we took - I'm thinking a GPS is in order for Chris' birthday!

For New Year's we drove on up to OKC to meet some family members we hadn't met and stay up late (we almost made it to midnight ;P ) playing games and talking. Now that's all over and Chris is finishing up his last few weeks at Little Rock and we'll be heading home soon to start soccer, ballet, and school once again.

This certainly was a great Christmas to New Year!
