We tried our hand at canning!

We picked these jalapenos at Apple Annie's orchard, and it was either let them go bad or can them. (Ok, there were other options, but those were the only two we actually debated.)

I use the term 'we' loosely. It was all Chris' idea. Which is why he looked it up on the internet (see the computer in the background?) and got right to work. I don't think it said you need to eat the seeds in the directions, that was his own addition!
