I made the switch. I've always used Pledge. Always. It just works so well and well, I like it. But as I was needing a new bottle of Pledge and the brand new, cutting edge Swiffer Dust and Shine was right next to the Pledge, I bought it instead. With it's lavender vanilla scent, it was irresistible. Most of my other cleaners are lavender scented and I'm all about coordinating the smells of my cleaners! (Some people have the opinion that I'm one step away from being OCD.)
An hour later I was reminded why I always buy Pledge. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for change under normal circumstances! I whole-heartedly believe you should change your undergarments daily and change your mascara every three months and change your brands of shampoo when you run out.
However, when I run out of this stuff, which won't be long as you have to practically dip your cloth in a bucket of this stuff and still pour a good amount on the furniture you're cleaning, I'm making the switch back!
(This was mostly b/c we're sitting here watching Fox News election coverage and I dusted today and needed a commercial break! Just so you know.)
