In preparation of Chris' sister's wedding this summer I thought I'd dig out a few of the dresses Karis wore at this age when she was a flower girl. The idea was to try them on Caedis and make sure I'm buying the right size and take pictures of her in them because I love putting clothes on Caedis that Karis used to wear. I don't know why I like it so much but I DO!
Despite the smile in the picture she was miserable. All frowns and unhappiness and because the dresses were all just a tad long she'd have to pick up the skirt to walk away. (It was so cute!) But then she got set down on the piano bench and I grabbed a banana to see if that'd cheer her up.

SAVE some of them. Some of the most fun I've ever had is seeing my granddaughters in the dresses I made for their moms. It's gonna come sooner than you think!
